By using Mow Man, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or inviting Mow Man.

1. Services and Capabilities

Mow Man is an advanced AI chatbot designed to interact dynamically and perform a wide range of actions within your Discord server. Based on your instructions, Mow Man can perform virtually any action that Discord allows and for which the bot has been granted the necessary permissions in your server, including but not limited to sending messages, managing channels, roles, and members, and accessing server information.

Users can also define custom rules and behaviors for Mow Man through commands. Due to its powerful nature, proper configuration and responsible use are essential. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

2. User Conduct and Responsibility

You acknowledge and understand Mow Man's broad capabilities. You agree not to use Mow Man for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws, Discord's Terms of Service, or Community Guidelines.
  • Misusing Mow Man's power to harass, abuse, or harm other users or Discord servers.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of Mow Man or its related systems.
  • Using Mow Man to generate content or perform actions that are malicious, harmful, or violate the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for the commands you issue to Mow Man and its outcomes.

3. Developer and Tester Monitoring

Upon integrating the Mow Man bot, you agree that our developers and testers may join your server. Their purpose is to monitor its performance, resolve any bugs or issues, and address security concerns to ensure the service runs smoothly. You agree not to remove or ban these members. If you decide to remove the bot, these members may also depart.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of Mow Man is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Mow Man, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mow Man is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will be error-free or uninterrupted. Given its nature as an AI that can perform diverse actions, you acknowledge that unexpected behavior may occur. In no event shall Mow Man or its developers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Mow Man, including but not limited to damages caused by its actions or output.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of Mow Man after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
